Teaching/Coaching Sessions

60 minutes, $120.00

(payable prior to each session)

Allow Lisa to honor, support, and guide you through your personal transformative process. Your teaching/coaching sessions will be individually tailored to your specific needs and can be made to fit your schedule. Sessions are completely confidential and secure.

For your convenience, your sessions can be conducted by telephone or by using a virtual meeting platform such as Google Meet or WhatsApp.

In your personalized sessions, Lisa will help you become more mindful. You'll discover your underlying beliefs and undesired patterns, release attachments and expectations, and learn to move toward forgiveness.

Depending on your desires, you may choose to develop personal movement, exercise, or recreation plans with Lisa's guidance. Lisa can also help you begin a regular practice of yoga, relaxation, meditation, and/or prayer.

You may gain a deeper understanding of your own innate emotional guidance system or a greater understanding of spirituality and its role in your life. You may find that working with Lisa allows you to connect with and enhance your intuition.

Classes, Workshops, and Speaking Engagements will be considered upon request.
